Each User is entitled to maintain a single active Account. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or a different identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. duit668 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify duit668 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing a withdrawal request or in response to risk triggers, duit668 may require Users to complete KYC verification. Required documents may include a government-issued identity document such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport, proof of residential address and verification of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to supply requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account while logged in is your responsibility. duit668 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Platform Access

duit668 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation of Platform content.

5.2 Personal Use

The Platform is provided for your personal entertainment and information purposes only. You may not use the Platform for commercial gain, to operate a third-party gambling service or to re-publish Platform content without express written consent from duit668.

5.3 Technical Disruptions

duit668 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. 5.4 Acceptable Use

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Deposit Processing

Processing times stated on the Platform are illustrative only. E-wallet and DuitNow transactions may typically be processed more quickly than FPX or direct bank transfers, which may take between five and fifteen minutes under normal conditions. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The duit668 name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of duit668. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of duit668.

You acknowledge that viewing Platform content does not grant you any licence or ownership interest in any intellectual property belonging to duit668 or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, duit668 shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with Platform use, including but not limited to loss of funds due to gambling activity, technical failures, payment processing delays, incorrect personal decisions based on Platform information or unauthorised Account access.

The Platform provides casino entertainment information and educational content in good faith. However, duit668 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information published. 11. Account Suspension and Termination

duit668 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting duit668 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be addressed and any outstanding balances will be reviewed in accordance with these Terms. 11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. duit668 may retain certain Account data in accordance with legal and regulatory retention requirements as further described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms
